Gen.G Collegiate Initiatives
Gen.G's education and scholastic initiatives span over 30 select schools, involving students and administrators through club networks, official university partnerships, and professional engagements. Gen.G offers scholarships, mentorship programs, professional opportunities, and an academic esports curriculum. As interest and engagement in gaming continues to increase among college students, Gen.G empowers students to enter the esports industry as excelling professionals.

CAMPUS TAKEOVER
A two-day conference in support of the growth of the esports ecosystem in the Kentucky and SEC region. Winner of the 2023 Tempest Award for COLLEGIATE ESPORTS PROGRAM OF THE YEAR.

INTERNATIONAL ESPORTS STUDY ABROAD PROGRAM
A travel abroad program that awards students with the opportunity to learn and explore in the heart of global esports. This 1 or 2-week culture immersion trip to South Korea focuses on future leaders of the esports industry.

INTERNSHIP PRACTICUM PROGRAM
Comprehensive curriculum that seeks to provide students with a holistic understanding of the esports industry through direct fieldwork experience at Gen.G esports. Students will gain invaluable insights from industry leaders, partake in real-time projects, and practice project initiation and planning rooted in practical solutions.

An invitational LAN tournament hosted by Gen.G x EMU during summer, which featured 4 esports titles across two weekends.

HBCU+ COLLEGIATE NETWORK POWERED BY MCDONALD'S
The HBCU+ College netWORK Powered by McDonald's hosted a one-day event featuring industry veterans who educated and mentored students through panels, networking mixers, and an esports tournament. The day concluded with McDonald's meals, networking, and a live-streamed esports tournament with a $1,000 prize pool.
